This policy explains what information Soyokaze Studio's apps — including Nemugo — collect, and how it is used. We built these apps to help you unwind and drift off to sleep, and we try to collect only what's needed to make that work.

Information we collect

• An anonymous account identifier. When you first open the app, we create an anonymous account so your settings and progress can be saved. No name, email, or personal detail is required to use the app this way.
• Sign-in information (only if you subscribe). If you choose to subscribe, we ask you to sign in with Apple or Google so your purchase can be restored if you switch devices or reinstall the app. We use this only to keep your account and subscription connected — not for marketing.
• Story preferences and progress. If you use the personalized story feature, we store the name you choose for your story's main character, your illustration style choice, and which episodes you've listened to, so we can continue the story where you left off.
• Feedback you choose to submit. If you rate an episode or leave a comment, we store that feedback.
• Subscription status. Apple or Google processes your payment directly — we never see your card details. We receive only your subscription status (active, trial, cancelled) from our payments provider, RevenueCat, so the app knows what you're entitled to.

Advertising

Free-tier use of the app may show ads served through Google AdMob. We request non-personalized ads only — we do not use your activity to target ads, and we do not use device tracking identifiers for ad targeting.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your information to third parties.
• We do not use your story content or feedback for anything other than providing and improving the app.
• This app is not directed at children and is not intended for use by children.

Third-party services we use

To operate the app, we rely on a small number of service providers, each of which processes data on our behalf under their own security practices: Supabase (account and data storage), RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple and Google (sign-in and payments), and Google AdMob (advertising, non-personalized).

Data retention and deletion

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
